Svea is HR and Account Manager at Akanoo. She has joined our team in December and in her interview, she will tell you a bit more about her background, her responsibilities at Akanoo and what she is doing in her free time.
What did you do before you came to us?
I have worked as a Human Ressource Manager in the retail industry.
What are your responsibilities at Akanoo?
On the one hand I’m responsible to implement the Human Ressource Department in the Company and on the other hand I work in the Key Account Management.
What do you like most about your work?
To work with people and support them.
And what do you usually do after work?
Meet friends, cook or barbeque and go for sports.
Which colleague would you take with you to a deserted island and why?
As a HR Manager, I’m also the Feel-Good-Manager, so I can‘t favor anyone.
What attraction / part of Hamburg do you think you should visit and why?
In summer you should walk around the Alster and take breaks in one of the bars next to the shoreline.
What apps can you never do without and why?
Google maps to find home or good restaurants, Whatsapp to keep in touch with friends around the world, Pinterest to get to know the latest decor ideas.
